In 2020, Datalex was due to renew a multi-year deal for continued use of the existing provider’s platform. As part of a best practice review, Datalex decided to evaluate other options.
After a demo and thorough evaluation of the Amazon API Gateway, Datalex was impressed by its rich integrations, flexible pricing model and compatibility with the OpenAPI Specification (OAS).
It was decided to migrate all customer API implementations to the Amazon API Gateway. This migration needed to be accomplished without any impact to existing customers.
