Datalex Recognised as Best Workplace in Tech 2023

May 23, 2023

Datalex is delighted to announce that we have officially been named as one of Ireland's Best Workplaces in Tech in 2023 for a third year running, after a thorough and independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work Institute Ireland. The Best Workplaces in Tech recognition highlights organisations within the tech sector that offer an excellent employee experience by building a great culture. The accreditation process is based on direct feedback from employees, provided as part of an extensive and anonymous survey about the employee experience.

At Datalex, we pride ourselves on creating an agile, creative and fun workplace where we empower our employees to perform to the best of their ability as we drive forward digital innovation at a critical time in the airline industry. Commenting on the certification, Datalex CEO Sean Corkery commented: "Technology is in our DNA as a company, and our people bring our products to life to deliver true value to our airline customers. Our greatest asset is our people and this certification is a testament to the exceptional efforts of our teams who embody what it means to be part of a dynamic technology culture”.

Also commenting on the certification, Datalex’s Director of HR, Avril Halpin, said: “At Datalex, we take pride in being recognised as a Great Place to Work in Ireland and the UK as well as one of Ireland’s Best Workplace in Tech. The insights we have received from the yearly GPTW survey help us shape our business to make it an even better place to work for our employees. At Datalex, we value our people, and this certification further validates that.”
