Dublin, Ireland, 19 April 2024: Datalex plc ("Datalex", the "Company" or the "Group") (Euronext Growth Dublin: DLE), a market leader in airline e-commerce solutions, today announces that Steven Moloney will take up the role as Chief Financial Officer on 22 April 2024 and will also join the Board of Directors of the Company on that date.
Steven joins Datalex from &Open where he held the position of CFO. Prior to this Steven spent nearly 6 years at Block (formerly Square), where he was CFO for the UK & Europe, and led finance and strategy for the wider international business through a period of rapid growth. Steven has also held senior roles in Hostelworld, PaddyPower and PwC.
