The key role of the aggregator in NDC adoption
Across the airline industry today, the commitment to NDC and the freedom it offers airlines to have the same control over indirect distribution as they enjoy in the direct channel is well recognised and accepted. The pathway to mass adoption, however, has been slower than many of us would have expected. For NDC to reach critical mass, the various players need to reach a common level of interaction and momentum.
