Datalex Webinar "Present and Future State of Dynamic Pricing and Offer"

Datalex ran a webinar on 18 August 12PM Eastern Time with the topic "Present and Future State of Dynamic Pricing and Offer" for Latin America carriers. 

It was a 60-minute discussion with seasoned technology entrepreneur, Bobby Healy; Ben Singleton - Director of Data Science & Analytics at JetBlue, and Conor O'Sullivan - VP of Product Management at Datalex.

The panel analysed the potential impact of Dynamic Pricing and Offer as a driver of new streams of revenue for a post-pandemic industry and also explored the relevant changes that the near future will bring to dynamic pricing and personalisation of offers in a more omnichannel and friction-less world of travel.

The session was facilitated by Blair Koch, Datalex SVP Customer Success and formerly VP commercial at JetBlue and Managing Director, IT, at United Airlines.

Bobby Healy

Bobby Healy is an experienced inventor and technology entrepreneur specialising in booking engine software. He started his career writing video games for Nintendo. He then went on to found the airline middleware business Eland Technologies which he sold in 2003 to SITA.aero. Over the following 14 years he built CarTrawler – the world’s largest mobility marketplace for airlines and led two successful LBOs for the business in which he now serves as a non -executive board member. He is founder and CEO of ‘Manna’ - a Drone Delivery as a Service business for the world with which he plans to revolutionise the world of online food delivery. Bobby Healy assumed a technical advisory role to Datalex in February 2020.

Benjamin Singleton
Director of Data Science & Analytics @JetBlue
As the Director of Data Science & Analytics at JetBlue, Benjamin leads the Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, and Data Science teams. The team is building a modern data stack and assembling a world-class team of data engineers, analytics engineers, BI developers, and data scientists to tackle JetBlue's most complicated data problems. Prior to JetBlue, Benjamin was the Director of Analytics at the New York Police Department where he focused on building data platform capabilities and data products to support operational and strategic needs. Before that, he worked at Sidewalk Labs (an Alphabet company) and the Manhattan DA’s Office.

Blair Koch

Blair Koch - SVP Customer Success & Delivery, President Of Americas, Datalex. Blair Koch has held numerous technology, business and innovation leadership roles in the airline industry, most recently as VP, Technology & Integration at JetBlue Airways.

Conor O’Sullivan
VP of Product Management @Datalex
Conor has extensive product management and technology leadership experience. Conor has held previous roles as Head or Architecture and Head of engineering and is a thought leader in the airline industry.
